What It Is
The John C. Maxwell Leadership Game is a facilitated, discussion-based leadership tool that encourages participants to evaluate how they lead themselves and others.
Rather than a traditional lecture, participants learn through questions, honest conversations and shared experiences, so the insights are their own and they stick.
Leadership is not merely about a position. It is about influence.

For the best experience, Leadership Game Workshops are limited to a maximum of 10 people per two-hour session, so that everyone takes part in the conversation. Workshops are held in person in Rustenburg and surrounding areas; larger groups can be split across sessions. Workshops are quoted according to group size, venue and travel.
